ExhibitionExhibitors are welcome to participate in the exhibition during the ECE 2010 Congress. The exhibition will take place between 23-27 August 2010 at the Europa Congress Center (Address: H-1021 Budapest, Pálos utca 2.) and will be located in the central areas. Space is limited at the Congress venue and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for application is 15 June 2010. Please, note that only less frequented places can be provided to late applicants. For further information please contact the Congress Secretariat at your earliest convenience: budapest@ece2010.org Exhibition Rates The cost of the stand is EUR 1000 which includes 6 sqm of floor space, shell scheme, plugpoint, fascia board with company name, 3 spotlights behind fascia, carpeting, conference table, 4 chairs, and a locker information counter. The cost of the stand is EUR 1250 which includes 9 sqm of floor space, shell scheme, plugpoint, fascia board with company name, 3 spotlights behind fascia, carpeting, conference table, 4 chairs, and a locker information counter. The cost of stand space only is EUR 750 which includes 6 sqm of floor space. The cost of stand space only is EUR 1000 which includes 9 sqm of floor space. Table stands are 6 sqm (2m x 3m) which includes 6sqm of floor space, back walling, conference table and chairs. The cost of a table stand is EUR 500. |
