Abstract submission is closed

We are pleased to forward you the invitation of the Hungarian National Committee of the 2010 European Congress of Entomology to submit an abstract. The main theme of the congress is: Entomology information: science – society. The congress programme will be set up in form of symposia of 13 main topics (visit: Title and Topics). Abstracts of usually 15 minutes oral presentations as well as that of posters are welcome.

All abstracts will undergo a review process.
Abstracts submission deadline is: 15. March, 2010.
Corresponding author will be informed about the acceptance/rejection of their abstracts by 15 May, 2010.

Guidelines for abstract submission

All abstracts should be written in English and submitted through the congress webpage.
The abstract must be in the Microsoft Word format (file extension .doc, paper size: A4). The main text should be single-space, in 12 pt Times Roman.
Abstract must be prepared by using the Abstract Form (template).
The number of characters in the abstracts should be maximum 1500.

Review

All submissions will be reviewed in terms of quality, impact and relevance to the Congress.
Notifications will be directed to the corresponding author by 15 May, 2010 the latest.

Important notices:

- Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors per paper to register at ECE 2010 before the early registration deadline 15 June, 2010.
Papers without, at least, one author registering by the early registration deadline (15 June, 2010) will be automatically excluded from the conference programme.

- in case of abstract modification (after submission) please, send your abstract directly to the Congress Secretariat: budapest@ece2010.org. Please, do not submit it again.
